Billing & Payments
Payment is due monthly on the first day of each storage period.
A refundable one-month deposit plus the first month’s rent is required upfront when joining.
All future payments are automatically collected via Direct Debit on the 1st of each month.
1. Initial payment: First month’s rent + one month’s refundable deposit
2. Ongoing payments: Automatic Direct Debit from your bank account on the 1st of each month
3. Payment methods: Bank transfer/Direct Debit only (card payments may be available for initial payment)
– *Generally all-inclusive*, but extra charges may apply for:
– Damages to the container or site
– Call-outs for site managers
– Third-party maintenance issues beyond our control
– Late payments (administration fees may apply for overdue accounts)
– *No hidden fees* for standard usage
Container Usage
24/7 Access Process:
1. Remote gate access: Use your provided remote control to open the main gate
2. Drive-up access: Drive directly to your container location
3. Container access: Remove locking bars and open the door slowly
4. Safety: Reposition handles in rests or place an object to prevent door closure
Loading Guidelines:
– Access hours: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
– Weight limits: Do not exceed container weight capacity (varies by size)
– Loading tips: Distribute weight evenly, place heavy items toward the center
– Security: Use your own high-quality padlock on the container
– Once per month at no cost
– Contact our office to arrange container size changes
– Subject to availability of alternative container sizes
1. Provide one month’s notice by visiting our office or sending an email
2. Empty your container completely by the termination date
3. Final inspection by our team
4. Deposit refund: Your refundable deposit will be returned *on the same day* after inspection (typically within 3-5 working days of vacating)
– NO exit fee
– Only requirement is one month’s notice as per your rental agreement
Security & Terms
Security measures include:
– *24/7 CCTV surveillance* across the site
– *Secure perimeter fencing* with remote-controlled gate access
– *Individual container locks* (you provide your own padlock)
– *Well-lit facilities* for nighttime access
– *Regular security patrols* (where applicable)
Insurance:
– *Optional insurance* can be arranged through our partner Reason Global Insurance Ltd.
– Prices for insuring your goods will be provided during checkout
– *You are responsible* for adequately insuring your stored items
– *Minimum 1 month rental period*
– No long-term commitment required
– Continue month-to-month for as long as you need storage
